From Fusion 360 Electronics: open the PCB design, then File → Export → EAGLE 9.x and save the board as a .brd. EAGLE 6–9 .brd files work too.

Bottom views

Both are true views from the bottom; they differ by a 180° turn. Auto picks the one where the board's own fixed-orientation bottom text reads upright, and the caption states which was used.

Drawing notes

Notes pinned to a spot on a view (edge plating here, keep this area clear, etc.). Edit the text below, or double-click a note on the sheet. Drag a note to move it and drag its ring to move the spot it points at. Saved with this board's settings, so they carry over when you rev the board.

Export

One PDF with the fab drawing followed by the assembly drawing, written by this page as vector pages at the exact sheet size (Letter = 11 × 8.5 in). No print dialog, margins or scaling involved.

Everything (title block, spec, notes, logo, vendor image, hand-placed labels and added notes) is remembered per board name in this browser and can be saved to a .json. To rev a board: load the new .brd, then load the old .json (or the other way round); the notes come along.

Fabmaster FATF REV 11.1 file written straight from the .brd, equivalent to running fabmasterF360.ulp in EAGLE. Text on copper and silkscreen layers is not included (the vector font is not in the .brd).
